Kourtney & Erick // Beverly Hills, CA

Filming the wedding day of Kourtney and Erick at The Peninsula Hotel and St. John’s Cathedral in Beverly Hills and Los Angeles, CA, respectively, brought the grandeur of the venues into such an intimate atmosphere.

Kourtney and Erick who found us through Instagram are some of the sweetest, most down-to-earth couples we have had the privilege of meeting. We began the morning at the world-renowned Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. From hair and makeup to the dress and everything in between, there was just an air of understated sophistication and elegance. It’s the type of elegance that doesn’t draw attention to itself but comes from being rooted in an unshakable identity and love. Each detail was timeless, clean, and classy. We know that this is one of those weddings we’ll look back on in 50 years or so and will be just as relevant then as it is now. They truly did a beautiful job creating something that will stand the test of time.

Forgoing the magnificence of a large wedding, they chose to include only immediate family and a few close friends for the ceremony at St. John’s Cathedral and then off to a private reception dinner at their home. They placed such an emphasis on family and it really showed in the moment that Kourtney's mom gave her a family heirloom necklace. You could just feel all of the history, emotions, and sentimentality that that necklace represented.

Their wedding was just an extension of the timelessness of their relationship. They met in an elevator…what is more classic than that?! They have such a real, genuine love for each other and it really showed. Every touch, kiss, and look was filled with such depth of love and care for each other. They so easily got lost in each other that many times, it just seemed like we faded into the background and we loved every second of it!

Kourtney and Erick have a true, everlasting, kind of love and it was our greatest pleasure capturing their day for them. Check out their video to see why we love this timeless wedding so much!
