What can we even say about filming Dani and Andrew’s wedding at Villa del Balianello in Lake Como, Italy?! It was one of the most fun, magical experiences we have ever had. Not only are Dani and Andrew just the absolute best, but Lake Como was pure magic! It felt like we were in a city on the edge of a cliff that looked out into the vast unknown. Everyone there was so friendly, hospitable, and sincere. It made sense that Dani and Andrew picked that place because it perfectly embodies who they are as a couple.

Dani and Andrew are some of the most genuinely caring and good hearted people we have ever had the privilege of knowing. While this day was all about them, they just wanted to make sure everyone else was having a good time. Their priorities were on people and quality over quantity; simplicity of details, so they could focus on their friends and family. They made us feel just as important and a part of their wedding as their guests, and that was so sweet and touching. We cannot say how much that meant to us.

The natural beauty of the venue was truly breathtaking. Stone carved banisters, vines crawling up the pillars of the building, and wooden, hand-carved chairs for the ceremony were unbelievable!

Dani and Andrew were so smart and wise not to overdo the flowers or details. They really let the venue speak for itself. Everything held a simplistic elegance: the baby's breath bouquet, no veil, simple yet elegant dress, and minimal centerpieces. With a beautiful venue like the Villa del Balianello, not much more was needed.

In between the ceremony and the reception, Dani and Andrew rented a beautiful, private boat to take them around the lake. The overcast clouds created the perfect moody lighting that enhanced the experience all the more. Upon their arrival back on the island, they kicked off their reception and when we tell you they danced the night away, we mean it! They closed the place down and then some; that’s just how contagious Dani and Andrew’s energy is.
