Shooting Victoria and Tony’s wedding at Monet Vineyards was one of the most memorable experiences of our careers. You could literally feel the love in the air…from the bride and groom’s love for each other to the love that every one of their guests had for them, it was palpable. Just like their love, this wedding was a whirlwind of a day; it went by so quickly but each moment lingered just long enough to savor.
Amidst acres of land as their blank canvas, Victoria and Tony were able to paint the masterpiece of their wedding from beginning to end. With the help of the talented Dina Chmut, who doubled as photographer and wedding planner, they decided to use the existing lavender bush-lined driveway and ivy-covered home as the perfect backdrop for their ceremony. Off to the side, they went with a classic white-top tent, elegant cafe lights, and farm-style tables for their reception to complete the elevated shabby-chic vibes that the day brought.
Seeing as how over 500 people were going to be in attendance, it literally took a village to make sure this wedding went on without a hitch. From a parking team to ushers, musicians, and everything in between, you could just feel everyone’s desire to be of service because of the love they had for Victoria and Tony.
Our goal is to always capture each wedding with the uniqueness of the couple in mind. Their style, pace, hearts, and love for each other. But the thing that really stood out to us about Victoria and Tony was the un-hurriedness that they carried with them. They took so much time, basking in each moment, by themselves, as a couple, and with each person in attendance. It didn’t matter if it meant that the ceremony would start a couple of minutes late, they knew that this was more than just a wedding, it was the beginning of a lifelong marriage.
Victoria and Tony are the epitome of, “when you know, you know” and we are so honored to have filmed their wedding day. We hope you get to see why we love them and this day so much.
