Luba and Nick’s wedding at the Sentinel Hotel in Portland, OR was absolutely beautiful. From start to finish, everything went perfectly. It was so evident how much Luba and Nick love each other. From their sweet embraces to tender hugs and kisses, they just wanted to make each other happy.
The Sentinel provided everything that Luba and Nick could have needed. From rooms to get ready in, another to do their first looks, and the ballroom for the ceremony and reception, they really made things easy for Luba and Nick.
Their wedding was full of luxury, elegance, and class. They decided to go with an all-white color scheme and it was absolutely stunning. Luba’s bouquet consisted of white roses and orchids cascading over them. Even the bridesmaids wore white dresses which had some of the same details as Luba’s dress.
We filmed their portrait session outside the historic United States Nation Bank in SW Portland and it gave us all the downtown, urban vibes we needed. Both the United States Nation Bank and the Sentinel Hotel are listed on the National Register of Historic Places, just in case you wanted to know. The exteriors gave off such a stately vibe that added so nicely to their whole aesthetic.
The day was so focused on family, it felt like one massive get-together. They just wanted to celebrate Luba and Nick, eat some good food, and hang out with everyone. And by the way, can we talk about how good the food is at the Sentinel? We’d have our wedding there just for the food!
