Inna and Daniel’s wedding at Ukrainian Bible Church was full of so much love and joy.
We really felt the love they have for each other during their interview and note-reading portion. Daniel talked about how he lived in a different state but would fly, literally as he is a pilot, to meet her before moving to be with her. They both seemed to know very early on that all their searching was over because they had found their person. They really seem to complement the other nicely in a way that demonstrates real, true love.
Inna got ready at her parents’ house and she just had this radiant glow about her the whole morning. She couldn’t stop smiling and beaming with joy and excitement over the day ahead of her. The lighting was amazing, we could not get enough footage of her. They had their first look on the balcony of the house and the moment that Daniel turned around, he could not take his eyes off of her. He was so enthralled and entranced by her that nothing else in the world mattered.
We love doing creative sessions at McMenamins Edgefield in Troutdale, OR so we were thrilled when they picked that location. McMenamins offers such a variety of scenery that no matter what style the wedding and vibe of the day are, they have something that would fit. For Inna and Daniel, we stayed closer to the forest-looking areas and the vine-covered buildings which fit perfectly with their style. She wore this beautiful beaded gown with a detachable tulle skirt while he wore a fitted black suit and tie. The trees and foliage around them really made them pop.
Their ceremony and reception were located at Ukrainian Bible Church. Instead of an arch at the altar, they decided to have a champagne-colored chuppah with voluminous white floral arrangements to hold open the drape panels. Their vows were beautiful and so touching. They kept the all-white theme in their reception with large white centerpieces and an all-white garland at their sweetheart’s table. The speeches and performances were so moving and we really felt all the love the families had for the couple. They ended the night with a glorious sparkler send-off and drove off to start the rest of their lives together.
