Wedding Videography at Laguna Art Museum
Laguna Art Museum sits on Cliff Drive in Laguna Beach, on the bluff where the city's founding artists first gathered in the late 1920s, and it remains the area's oldest cultural institution, tracing back to 1918. The museum's collection is dedicated exclusively to California art, and its event spaces reflect that focus: the Steele Gallery, the largest of the museum's spaces, holds around 120 guests for a seated dinner or up to roughly 250 for a cocktail-style reception, while the smaller California Gallery offers a more intimate alternative. A short walk away, the museum can also arrange a ceremony at Heisler Park, under a gazebo with open ocean views.
Museum weddings give a wedding film a specific advantage: the walls themselves are curated, changing with each exhibition, so the backdrop behind a couple during toasts or first dances is never generic hotel art. The Steele and California Galleries both have tall ceilings, bamboo flooring, and even, gallery-grade lighting designed to show artwork accurately, which happens to flatter skin tones and fabric detail equally well on camera. Heisler Park's gazebo, just down the bluff, gives the same wedding day a genuine ocean horizon for ceremony coverage before moving indoors among the art for the reception.
Laguna Beach's marine layer tends to burn off by midday most of the year, leaving clean, bright coastal light for an outdoor Heisler Park ceremony and even, diffused light through the museum's gallery windows for the reception that follows. Film House Weddings films throughout Orange County and would be honored to film a wedding at Laguna Art Museum.

What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.
Do you work with our photographer and wedding planner?
Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Do you offer drone videography?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on, coordinated with local airspace rules and any venue restrictions.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner. Let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.

Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it, since our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. Our standard package is filmed by a two-person team. Additional shooters are available as an add-on.
