Do you travel to Sunriver from Portland?
Yes. Sunriver is approximately 3.5 hours from our Portland base via US-97. We travel to Sunriver and Central Oregon regularly for weddings. A travel fee applies — we include this transparently in your proposal.
How far in advance should we book our Sunriver wedding videographer?
We recommend booking 9 to 14 months in advance. Sunriver Resort is one of the most popular destination wedding venues in the Pacific Northwest and the best summer dates fill quickly.
What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.
Do you work with our photographer and wedding planner?
Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Can we add a Cascade Lakes portrait session to our Sunriver wedding?
Yes. A Cascade Lakes portrait session — at Sparks Lake, Elk Lake, or any of the volcanic lakes along the Highway 46 corridor — is one of our most popular add-ons for Central Oregon couples. The results are extraordinary.
Do you offer drone coverage for Sunriver weddings?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on where airspace rules permit. Aerial footage over Sunriver's ponderosa forest, the Deschutes River, and the Cascade volcanic peaks is stunning. We coordinate all permits ahead of your wedding day.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
What is the best time of year to get married in Sunriver?
June and September offer the best combination of warm weather without peak summer heat and smoke risk. July and August are the most popular but also the hottest and most smoke-prone. Early October can be beautiful with cooler temperatures and clear skies.
