Orlando's wedding landscape extends well beyond the theme park perimeter into a genuinely beautiful world of lakefront estates, historic Winter Park neighborhoods, and garden venues draped in Spanish moss and bougainvillea. Central Florida's chain of lakes — more than 100 within the city limits — gives couples a wealth of waterfront ceremony settings with glassy water reflections and those long, low Florida sunsets that seem to last forever.
Winter Park is the jewel of the Orlando wedding market — a tree-shaded college town with Park Avenue boutiques, the Morse Museum, and a cluster of venue options that range from grand country club ballrooms to intimate garden cottages. Celebration, the planned community near Walt Disney World, offers a different kind of charm: manicured town squares, tree-lined promenades, and a sense of idealized small-town America with full luxury infrastructure.
Film House Weddings brings the same cinematic care to Central Florida that we bring to destinations across the country. We understand the particular quality of Florida light — how it scatters through the live oaks at midday, how it turns the lake surface molten at golden hour, how it wraps around a bride in a white dress in a garden ceremony and creates something genuinely extraordinary.
Why Choose Film House Weddings
Film House Weddings is a luxury wedding cinematography studio founded by Dennis Mulyar, a first-generation Ukrainian American filmmaker with a Bachelor's degree in Film and 15 years of experience across entertainment, beauty, and traditional film festivals. The studio has worked with clients including companies like Nike, Adidas, Snapchat, Paramount+, Anastasia Beverly Hills, and Augustinus Bader. Featured in BRIDES magazine and Washington Wedding Day.
Based in Orlando, our team has filmed hundreds of weddings at venues across the country and beyond. We are not a one-person operation. Film House Weddings is a team of dedicated filmmakers who share the same obsession with cinematic craft, candid emotion, and timeless storytelling. Dennis leads the creative vision while his team executes on the ground. The result is a cinematic experience built for couples who understand that their wedding film is not just for them. It is for future generations.
Every detail of our process exists to serve couples who refuse to take a chance when it comes to preserving their most important moments. Orlando Wedding Tips
October Through April Is Ideal
Central Florida's dry season delivers comfortable temperatures and manageable humidity. Winter (December–February) can feel genuinely cool in the evenings — a refreshing surprise for a Florida wedding. Summer weddings are entirely doable with solid indoor backup and early evening outdoor scheduling.
The Lake Reflection Moment
Orlando's chain of lakes creates extraordinary portrait opportunities at dawn and golden hour when the water goes glassy and reflects the sky. Plan a portrait window near your venue's lake access — even 15 minutes produces some of the most memorable frames of your wedding day.
Winter Park vs. Downtown Orlando
Winter Park has a distinctly different feel from downtown Orlando — quieter, more residential, with tree-canopy streets and historic architecture. If character and charm matter more than urban energy, focus your venue search in Winter Park.
Theme Park Traffic on Weekends
I-4 through the tourism corridor can be extremely congested on Saturday mornings. If your venue is near Walt Disney World, Universal, or SeaWorld, build generous travel buffers into your vendor call times and guest arrival windows.

Orlando Wedding Videography FAQ
How much does a luxury wedding videographer cost in Orlando?
Every Film House Weddings package is custom built for the couple, the venue, and the wedding day — we do not publish flat pricing because no two luxury weddings are the same. Pricing scales with coverage hours, team size, deliverables, and travel. Reach out through our Connect page and we will build a proposal tailored to your Orlando wedding.
Do you travel for weddings to Orlando?
Yes. Film House Weddings travels throughout Florida for weddings. Orlando's lakefront estates, Winter Park garden venues, and Bella Collina hilltop estate are among the most cinematic settings in Central Florida. Travel fees may apply — reach out and we will provide full details.
How far in advance should we book our Orlando wedding videographer?
We recommend booking 9 to 15 months in advance for Orlando weddings. October through April is the most popular window, and top venues like Bella Collina and Casa Feliz book quickly for weekend dates throughout the season.
What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.
Do you work with our photographer and wedding planner?
Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Which Orlando venues have you filmed at?
We film at venues throughout Central Florida — from Bella Collina, Casa Feliz, and the Capen House in Winter Park to Leu Gardens, Cypress Grove Estate, and the Ritz-Carlton Grande Lakes. New venues are scouted ahead of your wedding day.
Do you offer drone videography for Orlando weddings?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on for Orlando weddings. Central Florida's chain of lakes and estate properties are beautiful from above. Airspace near Orlando International, Sanford, and the theme park restricted zones requires careful advance coordination — we handle all of it.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
Will you provide a second shooter for our Orlando wedding?
Our standard Orlando package includes a two-person team covering both partners through getting ready, the ceremony, portraits, and reception. Additional shooters are available for larger celebrations or multi-venue days across Central Florida.
