The Pink Moment occurs approximately 10 minutes after local sunset when the Topatopa Mountains glow rose-gold. Build a portrait session specifically around this window — it lasts only 5 to 8 minutes but is unforgettable on film.

Ojai valley temperatures frequently exceed 100°F in July and August. Plan ceremonies for early morning or late afternoon, with shade structures for outdoor receptions.
Spring Is Peak Season
March through May offers ideal temperatures, wildflower blooms, and the most comfortable outdoor celebrations. Book 12 to 18 months in advance for spring weekends.
Road Access
Highway 33 through the valley is the only major access route. Build extra travel time into your vendor arrival schedule — accidents on 33 can cause significant delays.

How far in advance should we book?
We recommend 12 to 18 months for the Ojai Valley Inn. Spring and fall weekends fill extremely early.
What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.
Do you work with our photographer and wedding planner?
Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Which Ojai venues have you filmed at?
We have filmed at the Ojai Valley Inn and throughout the Ojai Valley. If a venue is new to us, we conduct an advance scout.
Do you offer drone videography?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on. The Ojai Valley is spectacular from above — mountain and valley drone shots are among the most popular add-ons here.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
Will you provide a second shooter?
Our standard package is filmed by a two-person team. Additional shooters are available as an add-on.
