Yes. Film House Weddings is based in Orange County, California and Portland, Oregon. We film weddings throughout the Bay Area, Silicon Valley, and Northern California. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our home markets.
How far in advance should we book our Los Gatos wedding videographer?
We recommend booking 9 to 18 months in advance for peak season dates. Saratoga and Los Gatos venues — especially Villa Montalvo and Hakone — book out well in advance. Reach out early and we will let you know our availability.
What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.

Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.

We have filmed at venues throughout the Bay Area and Silicon Valley. If your venue is somewhere we have not visited before, we scout light, timing, and flow ahead of your wedding day so nothing is left to chance.
Do you offer drone and aerial wedding videography in Los Gatos?
Yes. Drone coverage is available as an add-on for Los Gatos weddings. Drone usage is coordinated ahead of time with your venue, planner, and local airspace rules to make sure everything is cleared for your wedding day.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
Will you provide a second shooter or videographer?
Our standard Los Gatos package is filmed by a two-person team — one cinematographer with each partner during getting ready, then full coverage for the ceremony, portraits, and reception. Additional shooters are available as an add-on and confirmed during the proposal stage.
