How far in advance should we book our Las Vegas wedding videographer?
We recommend booking 6 to 18 months in advance. Las Vegas is a year-round wedding destination and its busiest weekends book quickly — particularly around holidays and major convention dates. Spring and fall are the most popular outdoor ceremony seasons. Reach out early to confirm availability.
What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.

Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Which Las Vegas venues have you filmed at?
We have filmed at luxury resort venues across the Las Vegas Strip and valley, as well as desert ceremony locations in Red Rock Canyon and the surrounding area. If your venue is new to us, we scout ahead of your wedding day to understand the light, timing, and venue flow.
Do you offer drone and aerial wedding videography in Las Vegas?
Yes. Drone coverage is available for Las Vegas weddings at approved locations. The Las Vegas valley has active airspace near the Strip and Harry Reid International Airport, so all drone flights are coordinated well in advance with your venue, the FAA, and local airspace regulations.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
Will you provide a second shooter or videographer at our Las Vegas wedding?
Our standard Las Vegas package includes a two-person team — one cinematographer with each partner during getting ready, then full coverage for the ceremony, portraits, and reception. For larger resort celebrations or multi-location desert days, additional shooters are available as an add-on confirmed during the proposal stage.
