Arrive a Day Early — the Island Has Its Own Schedule
Capri operates on island time, and the hydrofoil and ferry schedules from Naples and Sorrento are subject to weather and demand. Build in a buffer day before your wedding so that vendor travel delays, ferry rescheduling, or luggage logistics do not create stress. The most seamless Capri weddings are built with an extra day of margin on either side of the celebration.
Book Venues 12–18 Months in Advance
Capri's most exclusive properties — Quisisana, Punta Tragara, Caesar Augustus — have very limited event capacity and are heavily booked from May through September. Begin your venue search as soon as your destination is confirmed, and be prepared to move quickly once you find the right property.
Plan for the Faraglioni at Sunset
The golden-hour light on the Faraglioni sea stacks between 6 and 7 PM in summer is among the most visually spectacular natural phenomena in the Mediterranean. What is included in a wedding film package?
We build a custom package for every couple based on your vision and your wedding day. Typically, every client receives a 5 to 7 minute cinematic wedding film and a reel. Our team works directly with your planner and photographer to ensure seamless coverage from getting ready through the last dance.

Absolutely. Coordination with your vendor team is a core part of our process. We work directly with your planner and photographer before and during the wedding day to make sure everyone is in sync and no moment is missed.
Which Capri venues have you filmed at?
We have filmed extensively in Italy and bring that regional experience to every Capri wedding. If your specific venue is new to us, we coordinate with your local Capri planner ahead of the wedding day to scout light timing, boat logistics, and filming positions.
Can you film a boat ceremony near the Faraglioni?
Yes. We are experienced with on-water and cliff-adjacent filming in Italy and can coordinate boat access to the Faraglioni for ceremony or portrait coverage. We plan all water logistics in collaboration with your local Capri planner.
How long until we receive our wedding film?
Delivery timelines are discussed during the proposal stage and depend on the season and edit scope. Expedited delivery is available if you need your film sooner — let us know during the booking conversation and we will build a timeline that works for you. Final films are delivered digitally via a private link.
Do you provide raw footage?
Raw footage is available on request as an add-on. Most couples do not request it — our edited cinematic film, reel, and optional full ceremony and speeches edit capture everything that matters. If raw footage is important to you, let us know during the proposal conversation and we will include it in your custom package.
